Who we are
An established contractor, not a startup.
Since 2011, GI-AN has built and rehabilitated roads, raised buildings, and supplied the materials behind them across Western Georgia. We are based in Kutaisi, work across the region, and are built to deliver state and private projects at scale.
Road construction is our backbone — but our equipment, our concrete plant, and our partnerships let us take on virtually any construction need. The only real question is scope and budget.
