Our story
GI-AN was founded in 2011 in Kutaisi, the heart of the Imereti region. We started where the work is hardest and most fundamental — on the road — and built outward from there.
Over more than a decade we have grown from a road contractor into a full construction company: building structures, moving earth, producing our own concrete and blocks, and supplying materials to others in the industry. That growth was deliberate. Owning our equipment and running our own plant means we control quality, cost and schedule ourselves — we don't wait on anyone.
We work across Western Georgia, on both private contracts and public infrastructure. Our reputation rests on one thing: we finish what we start, to the standard the work demands.
